hold down x while booting to load xexmenu. delete the skin you installed through xexmenu. It will revert to default skin when you reboot fsd

Did you check and make sure it didn't show up under xbla or homebrew.

Enable DMZ on your router. Its the easiest way if you are not familiar with forwarding ports

If your avatar is greyed out then you need the update. Makes your avatar work and is mandatory if you want to use kinect.

Have you tried changing ports. Make sure you didn't set both ports the same.

you have to be signed into xbox live to use internet explorer. Live on a rgh/jtag has not been tackled yet (publicly), hence why we use system link.

jtag/rgh can not go on xbox live. If you update you will have a cool xbox shaped paperweight though.

If you know someone who has an extra router see if you can use it for a day or 2. If your still having issues then your modem would be the culprit.
