Thanks to marco hollanders advice I finally got mine working. I dont have an internal hdd. So I got a 16gb flash drive and put content folder from disc 1 in the MU part of the memory stick, via flashxp, but make sure to customise memory stick first to allocate enough room for content folder.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, putting content folder onto the MU part of usb flash memory stick worked for me. Have been trying to get this to work since sunday morning. Just make sure to allocate plenty of memory on the stick for xbox use. Grandson will be happy when he come home from school.

Thanks for all the replies. Just one more question. Is it possible to use the 2.5 sata Hard drive externally on 4gb slim xbox. Or do I need to place inside.

Hi guysI downloaded gta san andreas from xbox live. I then discovered it wont play from usb on my (non Jtag) slim 4gb because it doesnt have a hddCan i play this from external drive on a jtag. Here is what i have tried so far.I extracted files from usb stick using horizon. I unlocked game using 360 content manager and put it on external drive in folder called Xbox1. Game shows up in classic games in fsd3 but it wont play because it says it needs an original xbox hdd. Is there a way to get this to work from external drive on jtag.

I have tried that monkeynuts. But when I restart f3 again they are all back in the games list. The games are not actually there, just the name, the box and the odd cover art (thats another problem). If I go into file manager it just shows one game on the hdd, so I just need to know how to clear the old games list from f3

Hi guys. I am about to pull my hair out. I bought a Jtag xbox so am a complete noob. I was having problems getting cover art to work so I decided to start again from scratch. Re-formatted my external Hdd and decided to start with just one game, but I can now see all the old games in F3 even though I only have one game on Hdd, it doesnt even automatically see the one game unless I do a manual scan How do I clear the old games list. Thanks guys
