Maybe you have a corrupt TU #19, try deleting it and redownlaoding.

The only issue with larger (external) hard drives on the 360 is the console scans the HDD on boot up and it will GREATLY increase the length of the boot up process. I have a 2TB external attache to my console with A LOT of backup games on it and it takes 40 seconds for my console to boot.

Are your games located on an external drive ? Sound like you might have a HDD that is dieing.

make sure you are running the latest version of dashlaunch -
when that issue occurs, delete all TU's for the game using the F3 TU manager, restart the console, Download the latest TU for the game in the F3 TU Manager and set it to active.

Just FTP it to your internal HDD directly from your computer -
