i read somewhere in this thread about POSSIBLY using a different games profile to try to get a game to work, by changing title id. How could I try this? I want to try to get the warriors to work. it freezes at the 1st menu. edit: I copied the contents from the compatablity folders of gta vice city and chaged the name to match title id of warriors game, then i deleted the existing warriors folders inside compatabilty and repaced with renamed vice city but it still froze at same place. maybe try one more swap but not looking good.

how can I import covers without title id? im having a hard time finding title ids for classic games. most downloaded from unity but a few are missing still or stubborn to download.

oh yeah i know how to use the rom browser, thats very convienent also. I was talking more along the lines of being able to see the artwork for each rom while browsing. im amazed at how much progress has been made by the developers of these things.

i must not know how to use retroarch then, because there is no cover flow or even cover art display.

edit: the splash screen (slow boot) can be used in the profile settings. nice. this emulator is legit. most of the games are playing great and even looking good too. thanks for all the updates and effort. is there a way to change games or access the emu menu while in game?

Hi, was wondering if anyone knew someone who knows someone who can update the NES (fceux) emulator or make a new one, something similiar to the snes and sega. eg, rom menu shows cover art etc. sega master system would be nice too. I just dont like retroarch's browsing, other than that it wouldve been my choice.

i had the same problem with purchased dlc. the "system link option" is missing from the xbox menu(xbox button menu)? if you dont see system link after pressing the xbox button, sounds like your missing the link plugin. i may have misunderstood you. have you played on link before on that console? fsd or aurora?

hey man, this sounds like its just your internet connection. if you get into a game and see other players, we cant help you. get faster intertnet if you can. or turn off your computer or whatever is using your bandwith while you play xbox. sometimes its just impossible for "us" to connect to cetain people, but theres usually others "hosts" you can join and you should be able to find a match that is compatable. sometimes i cant join someone, because our internet doesnt match up, to put it bluntly. Theres no fix, 85% of the time i can join every match, 75% of the time its a good connection and no lag. sometimes i join a game and its really laggy and can barley move etc, then get connection interuppted and i get kicked out. sometimes i can join again sometimes I cant, ITS THE INTERNET CONNECTION that is causing problems, not the xbox. a router reset will clear your router for a few, but if you have devices connected to internet, it could be slowing you down. for example, if i download on my computer/phone using wifi and play xbox at same time, 95% of the time the connection is going to be shit. if your not using bandwith, THEN your internet sucks, or you need to port forward. i wont go into details on any of this but its all easy stuff to find/do. you could also try clearing your cache on xbox hd but doubt that will help. what does black ops 3 say? in network settings inside black ops 3, it should tell you, open/closed for NAT type. "launchi.ini" is a text file that dashlaunch reads it's settings from, it should be stored on your internal hd, or a flash drive. im 99% sure you have no problem on the xbox. also, the "wierd thing you seen" was just lag, thats all. if i switch from zombies to multiplayer, it will show the zombies lobby for a min until link switches rooms, then it will show the multiplayer lobby. same thing when you join a room, it takes a minute before lobbys will actually display. just keep refreshing the lobby (x button i think) until link switches rooms. it happens fast enough, but theres a delay

for sures. esp since we dont have a whole lot of people, our circle is alot smaller. i see alot of the same people usually, so thats cool. looking forward to a message system someday. even if it was like an email type of thing to install as homebrew, but then u cant see messages during game, ive read a little about the reasons why it wont happen overall, but still...

inside the aurora settings, in the unity tab, sign into your unity account. then request api key. does it give you the api key? it should if you signed in with your unity account.

yeah, agreed. funny irony tho, the hackers dont want hacked lobbies. thats why your supposed to set up a seperate lobby for mods etc.

That sounds like it could be the reason, esp with my roms. next time it happens ill investigate. i usually just get a dif rom or whatever. Also good to know ther filze quanity limit per folder is around 4000.

inside aurora settings (press start at dashboard) go to the plugins tab. it says freestyle plugin, make sure that is enabled (required for now) also on the same screen, make sure the check box for LINK is white aka checked. then press verify, what happens? personally, the last 2 "verify" failed for me. i just double checked and i can play on link still, im in black ops 3 match right now in room 1. how do i fix my data/broadcast ports, do i need or want to?

every once in a while i cant move certain files. try file manager of aurora and fsd, unable to copy or cut. usually have to ftp when this happens. ive checked all hardware etc, doubt its like that. it usually happens in a big folder such as roms. will copy most then a few wont, and then they wont copy anyway i try using usb. but ill use the same file directly from the usb, usb-ftp-xbox, and it will copy. its wierd. never happens with 360 games, its usually just roms or isos i think

you could check your settings. easy to accidentely or stupidly change something. last week i turned ping patch off, so obviously i had a similiar issue to you. exact symptoms actually. you can open dashlaucnh and check all yuour settings there, esp network. easy way to check pingpatch, is in the link menu (xboxbutton-link)there are 4 options i believe. one is devlink, pingpatch and contpatch. make sure pingpatch is set to on, which is required. if that doesnt work, right down all the settings+answers and post here. ill double check with my settings. one other thing, i think you might need F3 plugin enabled (if you disabled it)... i could be wrong on that one.

well i think the guys from xpgames kidnapped the guys from xyzmods, the website is still down... its a long shot, but does anyone have a trainer for Fallout 3 (goty),prerferably the xyz, i cant get the xpgames trainer to work.

I put FSD in my app/homebrew folder... never know when you might need/want to use it, itll show in coverflow this way (unless you change)

well shit. i spent all day finding disc 2 again, got it extracted and moved out of the VM, which was alot of steps due to my personal situation with computers. so i move the iso to the living room and windows 10, get ready to burn it finally and i only have regular dvd-rs. scronged up a few and I completely forgot they have to be dual layer. I had an LT3 long time ago, but cant find any disks so IM MAD. all in all ill just have to see about getting each dlc seperately, cant find them tonight but seen em this morning. ill just install them 1 by 1 with the usual method, if i find them. guess i needed to vent, one of those failed tech-days

For sures. I usually read as much as possible. The read me usually has the info needed. But still thats a trip to the pc to read it if u have to later on. Ill report back if i have any trouble. I seen the xyz mod for the game i want just waitin for server. I like how most trainers have built in info eg: press down x 4 to see list of mods. Just gotta remember the trainer launch pattern on those.
