    Load aurora 0.7b before starting FSD, or a previous version of aurora. That being said, the freestyle plugin, and nova are pretty much the same for Link right now.

    make sure livestrong is disabled, and xhttp is enabled in default dashlaunch config.

    The base libraries of this app depend on libraries that are probably not included with Crossover. You can use the import covers option within aurora to fix the problem, or use bootcamp with a native windows install.

    From what I can see, just glancing at the logs, is that your database is corrupted. Now why it is corrupted is a whole other question.

    Actually, default settings are set in the launch.ini. Non default(or per game settings) are so you can adjust these settings on a per game basis. So, for example, if you want to use headsets in COD: Ghosts, you need fakelive enabled, but fakelive can cause issues with some games. This is where you default FakeLive to disabled, and enable for just that game. Then when you launch the game, it sets fakelive enabled, and when aurora boots back up, it changes the settings back to default.

    Ok, so, games with no TU, use the title name to get info, this both works, and doesnt work, depending on a lot of factors. I will look into some of these titles and the issues you are having when I have a little time.

    This may be possible in a future version, but chances are that you will have to edit the json/html files for WebUI, if you want to change the strings to another language at this juncture.

    First, Nova is way more than just a webUI. Nova handles Link, NetISO, Webui, etc. There is much more planned for Nova, this is just the beginning. The WebUI is just a small piece of what Nova has to offer.

    add a path the the dashlaunch installer to the config= line in launch.ini Then aurora will detect it. There is a slight downfall of that using config in dashlaunch is that system settings in HUD will also launch the dashlaunch installer..

    Try using XUI workshop to create the XUR files.

    It should be universal. With the new version comes new features that need to load on bootup. this means it would be a bit slower to load then the previous versions. hell, 0.1a was super fast, but didnt include anything other than a game launcher.

    Download the latest version, extract the file, copy the new files to the hdd. edit launch.ini to point to Aurora.xex instead of fsd.

    The only thing else going on in that department is the XBMC port to the 360, but it is still in the development stages, It plays audio and video files, but there is still a ton of work to be done there.

    It is a game launching app, but in most ways, Aurora is way better, and is still being developed. Basically, when teamFSD broke up, the remaining people started working on Aurora.

    That is what import asset is for. you can download the cover you want, and import it using aurora and assign it to a game.

    Aurora is a replacement for Freestyle Dash. I am assuming you have some sort of game launching app? If not, I would suggest Aurora.

    If the data is corrupt, and you clone it to a ssd, you still have corrupt data. and no, the xbox doesnt boot faster with an ssd. As for the dashlaunch settings, Aurora 0.7b's dashlaunch stuff has improved a lot with this version.

    Not sure what you mean about getting games to show up, as long as they are in the scan path. As for the link problem, there is a dat file that should get downloaded when the plugin loads, that holds the link information for the games that support it. Try unloading the plugin, and while connected to the internet, reload it. If the dat file exists already, and you arent having any luck, erase it and try again.

    First, how can you say that Nova looks great if you have no idea what it is. Nova is the replacement for the freestyle plugin. It handles the new webUI, Link, NetISO, and the Custom Hud. It has been upgraded in the backend, and will include a ton of other stuff, as time goes on. There is a whole redesign to link that has been planned for years now.

    You need to put the launch.ini in the root of the drive. If dashlaunch is installed, then it should work. if not, download the latest dashlaunch installer(3.18.1) and run the installer xex, and it will install dashlaunch, then it will work.

    0.7b is released, for that reason I am closing this.

    Yes, that would have something to do with it. If you look in my thread here: You will find a copy of my launch.ini file, and you can modify it to your needs. If it still doesnt work, then you dont have dashlaunch installed, which you can do with the dashlaunch installer.
