  1. Ah man, i'm gonna download it before it's gone. I haven't had my fix yet today
  2. The whole thing stinks like yesterday's diapers

  3. haha, yeah that scale goes Xbox -> Xbox 360 -> Xbox One. All pretty good though. OG Xbox is my wayback machine though, It has all my emulators with Coin OPs and Vision.
  4. Yeah, upgrading is the way to go. But that doesn't mean you can't still have fun modding or playing on older consoles. Right now it's a race to see which lasts longer, my original v1 xbox (still going strong) my Trinity 360 or my XBone. I'm rooting for my OG Xbox, lmao.
  5. I'd start here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Xbox_360_System_Link_games You can always check a specific game on http://www.xboxunity.net
  6. screwhead at XYZmods has posted a helpful list of the content folder structure and what belongs where. I always refer to it if I have any questions. Xbox 360 HDD Folder List Content Location: /partition3/content/0000000000000000/<TITLEID>/<OFFERID>/ Save Location: /partition3/content/<PROFILEID>/<TITLEID>/<OFFERID>/ Music Collection: /partition3/mindex/media/ - The Music files are simply .wma with a custom header. The only OFFERID's that always remain the same are the ones assigned to themes/gamerpics/videos. 00020000 - Gamerpics 00030000 - Themes 00080000 "now 000D0000" - Demos 00090000 - Videos 00004000 - Game Installs 00000002 - Extra Content 00007000 - Games On Demand 000B0000 - Title Updates
  7. Probably not, game companies have already slowed 360 releases to a near stand still. You may still see a few companies trying to squeeze the last drop out of their customers, but that will probably all end once live goes offline for 360. It would be a little like trying to get a new game for Super Nintendo or Atari 2600 or OG Xbox or...
  8. Either use the tools I told you about in your other thread, or install a skin where someone has added a "really cool animated one"
  9. http://www.realmodscene.com/index.php?/topic/429-xzp-tool-20/?p=2230 I hope you realize you need the XDK before using the XUI Tool/editing themes.
  10. I use Xzp Tool 2 to open the skin and XuiTool to modify the contents. I don't use workshop, I thought that was for editing HUD
  11. You have to add it to the skin. You may want to read through this thread. music in aurora Felida might release a video tutorial soon.
  12. Nice looking skin. The background on the first image looks like the white levels are cranked up way too high, but other than that it looks very good. Know what I mean?
  13. I'm not a huge halo fan either, but I do love Halo 1 and Anniversary. I went for the MCC because I really wanted to try out halo 2 with decent graphics. I couldn't believe they release the first halo 2, it looked horrendous. Anyway, not a let down, the game looks great... Finally.
  14. kewl, I might have to pick that up just to give it a try. I see Titanfall and Destiny for $15-17 respectively on AMZN. I liked Thief on the 360, that's probably good enough for me, lmao. Love my Master Chief Collection
  15. Welcome to Next Generation felida
  16. OK, thanks Swizzy. (I miss your thanks button). I didn't originally mention XIB cause it seemed like it would only work from iso file, not dvd drive. I was also thinking it was an original, not a copy, for some reason.
  17. My misunderstanding, makes more sense now. You could always just install the sysupdate from gxarena and then if you still get prompts you know if it has a newer one, lolz. edit: Looks like Xbox backup creator/Xbox Image Browser might let you grab just the file off your backup. Seems like a lot of work just to check the sys update on the disc.
  18. You ran it through ABGX, that told you the minimum kernel required which was 2.0.17349.0. So it's moot if it has a higher update on disc. Most people toss the $Sysupdate on the disc, because RGH's are updated through other "safe" means. Like Swizzy said, you shouldn't use the disc to perform updates anyway. I'm sorry, I don't have the game to test and confirm with.
  19. You're holding it wrong... I just tested it on one of my games. Works fine. Why are you beating yourself up trying to do this, you've already run it through ABGX and it told you "min kernel required 2.0.17349.0"
  20. Instructions were pretty clear on post #3, pay close attention to step #5. I've also read that you should delete the installation folder after moving the files to the root of the game folder. IDK about HELLO.xex, I would just stick with game.xex. But honestly mine works fine with default.xex and game.xex right next to it.
  21. Yes, as Swizzy confirmed in post #24 It's always front page news when it is... http://www.realmodscene.com/index.php?/topic/5393-xebuild-115-xebuild-gui-2096-and-dashlaunch-315-released-with-17349-support/?p=44468
  22. I'd consider it safe after this site announces/releases a Dashlaunch and xebuild that supports it.
  23. haha, I had originally posted that, but wasn't sure how it worked so I edited it. Now I know
  24. looks like 360mpGUI may have the ability to check it. abgx360 will also. Not sure if these only work on iso's though.
  25. Yeah, pretty straight forward. Like I said though, copy the db to a safe location before doing any edits. Only you can prevent... well, just be smart
