  1. @KiwiMeoWii, I add the XuiSoundXAudio control to the Aurora_Main.xur and tried pointing it at both a .wav and .xma file. Saved as a new .xui file and then exported as binary (.xur, overwriting the existing Aurora_Main.xur). Within the extracted skin folder I have a new "Sounds" folder and within that I the dash_music.wav file referenced in the image below. I re-pack the skin with XZP Tool and FTP over to the 360. However, when loading the skin, I get no music/sound. As mentioned I've tried with both .wav & .xma files. Not sure what I'm still doing wrong here.
  2. Thanks for the reply! That was it! Once I got the AuroraElement.xml I'm able to open the .xurs. I figured I had to be missing something! I never would have thought to look further down that main page on the main Phoenix site. Much appreciated!
  3. @KiwiMeoWii, This is awesome! Thanks! I'm actually new to RGH3 and Aurora and even though I the XDK installed and XUI tool, I haven't been able to get XUI tool to open any of the .XUR files. I can select all files when I go to open and choose my .XUR (Aurora_Main.xur) but it doesn't open. I don't get any error, but I don't see any "scene" in XUI Tool like below. Any ideas on this? Is there a specific XDK version I should be using? All I'm wanting to do is edit the Aurora_Main.xur to add music support to the skin (just .wav). Do you happen to have a version of this skin with fixed avatar that also has music support you could share? Thanks for any guidance. There doesn't appear to be much activity here anymore and it's hard to learn with almost no documentation.
  4. @felida, do you have a version of this with the avatar + music?
  5. Dude! Thanks for this! Saved me a ton of time.
  6. @felida, I know this thread is old but your tutorial video for this appears to be marked as private and is not accessible. I've unpacked the skin I want to add sound to using XZP Tool 2.0 but am running into issues opening the Aurora_Main.xur & Aurora_Skin.xur files in XUI Tool. I've tried installing different versions of the XDK with no success. When I try to open the .XURs mentioned I don't get any error in the XUI Authoring Tool, but the scene doesn't load to the grid. My assumption is I need to open the "Aurora_Main.xur" file in XUI Tool, add Xaudio sound control to the scene and then configure that to point to the folder within my skin for the sound (i.e. Sounds\song.wav). Finally, I'd save "Aurora_Main.xur" as a new .xui file and then export it as .xur and repackage the skin using XZP Tool 2.0.
  7. I know this post is really old, but this is still an issue in 2023. Is there not the possibility to add an option in the Aurora Assets management to allow an override to use the Game Name stored in the .xex? I too spent all kinds of time naming all of my games in 360 Content Manager and ISO2GOD only to have them ignored when scanning my games into Aurora. It does kind of suck that if you took the time to rename all of the games manually in Aurora and you download assets again it would wipe them all out.
