The question is vague, but might be referring to the delay seen in startup when you have an external HDD connected. If you disconnect the HDD you will see a much faster boot up. The reason you see that is the xbox has to index the USB drive each time. Not only that, but some drives are slow with the init, especially since a RGH'ed 360 will init, reboot, init, reboot etc. etc. several times, this may cause the HDD to end up in a incorrect state, which takes a while to timeout 2 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I still check the forums, and read whats going on, but dont have the time to respond to everything. Hell I have only had like 20 minutes in the last week to play video games in the last week.
