BL4K3Y 96 Posted March 26, 2013 If you use FSD, adjust the fan speed. The only real way to prevent RROD is to play on the console less often lol. Which part of the tutorial don't you understand?
Prayer 49 Posted March 26, 2013 Slims don't tend to have overheating issues. But if you want to be sure just increase the speed % of the fan in Dashlaunch and keep it overidden.
harmoine 4 Posted March 26, 2013 should i increase or decrease the fan speed ?

irishdave 236 Posted March 26, 2013 Just get a regular xbox with xbox live and leave the JTAGing to us big boys
Prayer 49 Posted March 26, 2013 Well it should be in the Homebrew section. If you don't have it Just download and run it via FSD or XexMenu. You should increase your speed because the faster the fan spins the cooler the console gets. I like to keep mine at 40 - 45%.

Prayer 49 Posted March 26, 2013 I think 20% is the default speed. Increase it to 40%
