dashlaunch would have created the launch.ini (I've never seen a console without it) exit to stock dashbaord and have a look for xex menu under games, (If it's been installed correctly) and then see if you can find it from xex menu. it's called "installer" (or dashlaunch as I keep saying.....but installer is what it'll be under) Other than that, you could just ftp in and create a new FSD folder, a fresh install seems to fix things Have a read HERE it might help you a little.

good stuff.
-
What game is it, and are you starting the game and then trying (Sorry got to ask...)
-
have you enabled it in the "settings"
-
load dashlaunch and configure it, point the default to start FSD on boot. so point it to the FSD default.xex..... remember to save your launch ini before you exit dashlaunch, or you could configure the launch.ini via FTP.

RGH 360 shutting off wireless controllers continuously
datastream replied to Gibn's topic in Other topics
you could update the manual way if you like, or there's an automatic installer HERE -
yeah, you can have up to 3TB 2.5" for the internal. just have to format it to FAT32

(I'm not in the correct folder but this should be the option that you see if you hold shift and then right click) or....use "cmd" at the prompt and navigate to the correct folder.
-
it's just a shortcut to opening a command prompt, you can go to start and type cmd in there and that will open a command prompt then you'll need to navigate to the folder
-
Hey no worries. let us know how you get on
-
it means that there is "111" files contained within the "common" folder

all I remember is that there was a version out that a buddy grabbed and it was stuck on waiting for "cloud" the version that I got worked flawlessly, no matter what he tried it would not go past this stage, so he grabbed the version I had and it worked with out any hassle.
-
if it's stuck on "cloud" then it's the version that you grabbed.....

Yip it will get banned if you try and connect to "live" So....... In parental settings, deny the machine from connecting to "live" and creating a "live" account. Dashlaunch will also be configured by default to block access to "live" Yes it's safe to connect to the net with all these settings in place, "live" becomes "link" as to speak Dashlaunch works independently from FSD you don't really see it to tell you the truth but you can configure it using xex menu and then by running the default xex of "dashlaunch" then you simply save the "launch.ini" Then give it a static IP address and open up the data port and the broadcast port, configure JQE etc. and then you'll be able to play online with "system link" games

crossover cables are a thing of the past, surly you have a "router" -
you should also block it in stock dashboard from creating a live account and also connecting to "live" find these settings under "parental"
