mreugene 0 Posted December 26, 2012 Hi everyone. I tried to search an answer in this forum, but found none. What I have: Dash Version: 3.0 Rev 58 Skin Version: 3.0 Rev 63 Plugin Version: 3.0 Rev 54 Kernel Version: 2.0.16202.0 XBox 360 Slim 4Gb + external 2TB USB HDD (UDF filesystem) I found that my box can't write anything to USB HDD. So, I can't copy the games through network using FSD FTP and Samba servers. Any copy/move/delete operation using FSD FileManager fails too. Can anyone help me? Maybe I should not use UDF, but what filesystem should I use then (for 2 TB)? Thanks for your answers.

jbp210 46 Posted December 26, 2012 Yea you need fat32
irishdave 236 Posted December 26, 2012 Fat32, if you continue to get data transfer failed it could be a corrupt file. Try using something else to copy the files. Format the 2tb via the xbox, I dont think windows will allow a fat32 format that size.
mreugene 0 Posted December 26, 2012 Yeah, everithing works with FAT32. Thanks. Too bad, it can't write UDF - 4GB for file is a very low limit.
talby71 14 Posted December 26, 2012 you should never need a 4GB file though
irishdave 236 Posted December 27, 2012 The biggest files Ive seen are 2gb and thats arcade games, some retail games like Final Fantasy would use 1-1.5gb files other than that, nobody is 4gig
