The problem with saying things like this "Linux, Ubuntu, XBMC or Android" is that most of these have different styles you can choose between, for instance XBMC have ALOT of different skins, which one are you refering to exactly? Linux don't in itself have a "skin" it's just a terminal... perhaps you speak of xfce4, lxde, gnome, kde??????????? even so, they're also skinnable...
