Here people said its only possible with a capture device: http://www.realmodscene.com/index.php?/topic/1844-can-i-capture-video-from-jtagrgh/ It's possible with the XDK, and i know there is a tool that doesn't require the entire XDK to do it, but i don't remember the name, i remember it beeing listed on xbox360iso.com but i can't access it right now to remember the name, when i see it it'll come straight back into my head again But yes, the best method is to use a video capture hardware device, but... to get good quality (High-Definition) you'll need high-end gear which pretty much only works out-of-the-box with macintrash computers and costs a fortune...
