armonika 11 Posted March 29, 2013 i had internet like this with same conditions 10 years ago xD so its not a scam lol eitherway if there is no other options, theres always phone-modem cabled(usb) to pc internet. many countrys do have free internet on some sim cards ^^ its limited but.... its least an option free one ps. watching vid reminded me my first internet i had.
