Link is not connecting for me

i go to general settings and then i go to login to jqe360 i put in my user and pass for the site and when i click link it freezes for a second and then unfreezes but doesnt sign in ive tried multiple times and its dont the same things ive reset my internet and ive restarted my jtag alot i dont know what to do  Please help me i love fsd3 so much but i cant enjoy it without link):

i just updated my nand to kinect dash is that any reason it wouldnt connect?

I think what Jpizzle is getting at is that if you see an ip (ex. 192.168.2.105) than that indicates that you are connected to the internet. So if yours is showing on the bottom left, then that isn't your problem. Are you running FSD v.483? I assume you have logged in on the jqe360 site via PC without problems? You are making sure that you are typing in the correct information? You can always reinstall FSD. No need to delete the one you have if its "filled out" (cover arts added, etc) but just add another FSD folder and try again on that one.
