i have my jtag conncected to my router via ethernet cable is that good? sorry ima noob

i go to general settings and then i go to login to jqe360 i put in my user and pass for the site and when i click link it freezes for a second and then unfreezes but doesnt sign in ive tried multiple times and its dont the same things ive reset my internet and ive restarted my jtag alot i dont know what to do Please help me i love fsd3 so much but i cant enjoy it without link): i just updated my nand to kinect dash is that any reason it wouldnt connect?
