    A program called yaris_swap I believe or advanced settings in 360content manager and enter your XUID into one or all 15 boxes lol or Avatar DLC XUID Patcher 0.4 should do the job... Le Fluffie app also for reading your own XUID if you dont already know it but this can also be found a number of other ways......copy profile from 360 on usb to desktop, open with lefluffie or yaris and XUID for that profile is listed with console ID and such

    Horizon reads the partition the same as fatx does so if he gets an error loading with that then the HDD needs replaced. Could possibly buy hdd regenerator and see if you can rebuild it..... Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

    No don't allocate or make a volume see if you can find freeware minitool powerdata recovery.     Well unfortunately your possibly lookin at a new HDD then. If it shows up in device manager, right click my computer desktop icon select manage then disk management and see if the disk can be initialized that way for widows to see as a drive but if all xtaf and fatxplorers are sayin error then outlook does not look good. Unsure as to why 500kbs to 10mbs then defective, strange course of action, you would expect the 500kbps to be cable associated and the 10mbs lan associated and the internal drive seemed to cope with both but sounds like the spindown time may have been affected by the reboot.........

    is it External thats unformatted or the xbox hdd? xbox hdd - plug it onto pc and run chkdsk and see if that gives issues if you can get the bare drive out the caddy and direct connect via sata to mobo for best results. have you tried reconnecting the ethernet cable and restarting samba on the pc and switch 360 on? If its the external drive why not just replace the cable in question as that could be giving a false reading......wee bit more info if you can please

    Done E3 linker solder also nor tristate to keep alive and have the clips but don't feel the dumps are near as precise with clips so I'm all good with loads of wires soler and such.     Well I've not long got my RJTAG ( I Think ) but someone else done the install as I've primarily been doing PS3CFW so never done 360 exploit ( jungleflashing dvd roms don't count done loads ). I already have a JR Programmer an ACE360 v2 and a Coolrunner REV.D Corona as well as some old PHAT 360 Consoles laying around, so if I were to RGH or similar what would I need, or do I have already the necessary tools for the 360. If not then you'll answer your own question as you have a better knowledge than I. Obviously wiring solder station etc I have also.

    LOL......what's the possibility of a loose connection elsewhere on the board or maybe it just touching/overlapping something. Try maybe grounding it elsewhere on the console see if that helps?Quick question off topic, Does the shop link your name only sell/repair consoles or do they do components as well?

    Did you make sure you had it grounded properly? Also was the blurred output HDMI/Component/AV Standard or all three? Googling it just now to see what I can find out for you.....     Did you put the game on hdd through USB or ftp per chance?

    Fan speed should not be set in dashlaunch you should only set the temp so say 55-65c Max temp then save....so open dashlaunch, system info (left shoulder button if I remember correctly) set Max temps then left shoulder again scroll to hdd1 press x and that's it saved.     you may need to alter from jpeg to png for it to always load......maybe.....dunno

    if you can still access dashlaunch goto paths and set default to point to either default.xex in aurora folder or default.xex in FSD folder then right shoulder scroll to HDD1 and press X to save then B and viola whichever you chose should start up.....if however you cannot access dashlaunch you may have xexmenu installed in NXE dash under Games/Demos which would allow fsd/aurora/dashlaunch to be accessed.....need further help we'll not be far
