plugin will turn itself back on on a reboot. i am still looking for a solution to playing with TU, deluxe dlc without turning off plugin. can't remember if i tried installing the game as a god to hdd:\content\0000000000000000\title id\00007000\god works, might try that when i get a mo. as this worked for far cry 4 dirty disc error.

try asking on x360iso lots of requests get filled there.

turn off plugin in fsd3 settings to get round splash loop error. or you can extract the data files from the installed content (deleting the installed content after as it won't be needed) with wxpirs and put everything in 1 folder overwriting any duplicate files. your end up with 1 folder 13 gigs in size or so. only problem with this is the deluxe dlc don't work but at least the tU won't give you loop error and you won't have to switch of the plugin.

i disconnected my Hdd on my XBL console and inserted a flash drive,installed 16150 dash,installed XBL profile,installed xmas special,installed a new janus (it's a 2MB update from XBL). tested movie plays from flash drive on XBL and it was ok. i already have my XBL gamer profile in my jtag. put the flash drive in my jtag and although xmas special showed up in xbox video player in nxe it said i dont have the rights ect. could be because the Hds.data file is sat in the console serial number for my XBL console. if i was to edit this to my jtag serial maybe that would work but i don't know how to edit the name to test the theory. obviuosly I can't get my jtag janus as it never went on live. unless they all come with janus as default. all i need to do is input the xmas special folder name 5848085B into janus and it should work. could be as simple as copying the janus from my XBL console to my jtag,edit the serial the Hds.data resides, and away i go could do with contacting the guy that made iso2god as they should have fair bit of knowledge on this.

is anyone able to hack the janus data file to allow playback of any downloaded movie from xbox live video? least then i could share Ideal season 1 -7? Damn wish i had the skills

No messing about with game.xex or default,xex and works 100% no issues. If you play it as a GOD from any other location other than that from that above your get dirty disc error. With this method you don't need HD data installed as it's all contained in the GOD. 2.you can set FSD3 scan settings to scan both int and ext hdd at same time.if a game title has duplicate it will only show 1 title. example i have mine set to scan xbox 360 games like so- Hdd:\Xbox 360 Games and USB0:\Xbox 306 Games. TU's get scanned to when there in 000B0000 folders on int hdd (Hdd:\Content\00000000000000000\title ID\000B0000\ ect ect You can add box art manually too by entering the IP displayed in FSD3 in your pc browser. make sure HTTP security switched off in FSD3 settings.

another thing that would be good if someone came up with a way to convert our own movies into data files 10,240 KB like ISO2GOD does. But this is no use until someone hacks the janus Hds.dat above

Also there is a RightsDatabase in- Hdd1/Content/0000000000000000/FFFE07DF/000F0000/JanusDatastore.dat 192 KB Manipulating this data file will probabably allow the film to shoqw up and play on jtag. So I got Fatal Frame 2 burnt to a dual layer with layer break 1913760 and it plays fine from dual layer in my jtag. Soon as I extractdvd function in fsd3 it fails a few 100MB into the process and pauses forever on one particular file. The ISO is 7 GB aprox but the actaual game is only 1.88 GB. When i load the ISO into ISO2GOD, QUIX or Xbox image browser thay all report some error from no identifier found to missing default.xbe or this isn't a ISO or is corrupt. So I found I was able to FTP into my JTAG dvd drive and extract the disc that way perfectly to my laptop and now plays fine from jtag without disc. Why is it though that fsd3 extract fails? Cheers.

i downloaded Aliens HD from XBL from xbox video and I want to play it on my jtag. it's similar to a god in sense it's in a container and has a tiny KB launch file. If this tiny file got hacked I could play Aliens on my jtag? Has this been looked at by anyone in fsd? Thanks in advance.

i was able to dump partition 2 with Xplorer360 Extreme2 (on my stock 500 GB Sonnics Hdd) to start with so it is KINDA there already but after writing back partition 2 (256MB size) there is a partion 2 in the DIR. Soon as that is there you can download the compatability files in form of a title update from Xbox Live The BIN file you mention is the 4 KB HDDSS isn't it not the 256MB partiton 2 bin ? I've not seen any reference to my knowledge of this fix for 3rd party hdds. Good news anyway that you can buy a 3rd party 500gig stock hdd cheap and restore backwards functionality as the games free with gold make up about 240 GB (so lots of people will be upgrading since the summer) which probably a lot of people will have this same issue and especially since the release of the 500GB SS in the summer 2014 from Winchester xbox slims.

worked it out just needed explorer360 extreme 2 and sata cable and power for the hdd and a laptop. copy over a partition 2 (256MB bin file) after i backed up what ever was there before. can confirm this method worked for my 3rd party 500 gb xbox 360 slim hdd on stock xbl console. found the answer here- http://digiex.net/downloads/download-center-2-0/xbox-360-content/apps-pc/4897-xbox-360-partition-2-download-xbox-1-emulator.html

I heard the official hdds come with the compatability files on them but 3rd party don't. can't see how formatting the drive would work, when i go to play the game it says try and do download the game again, i am connected to live at same time,so it isn't downloading what's needed. Can I just insert this stock 500gb hdd into my jtag and install the compatability files that way?or as there hacked it wouldn't work?i got the optional media update downloaded but like i've said i think this is one of the problems of using 3rd party drives or making your own using hdd hacker.

Just upgraded to Sonics 500GB internal Hdd on my XBL xbox slim console. Two xbox 1 games (wrath of crotex and splinter cell thaos theory) I downloaded from XBL won't work. I can only assume it's because this drive is not a official Hdd so missiing xbox 1 compatibility files. I fixed my jtag alright with these files but can this process be done on a stock 3rd party xbox 360 hdd for use on XBL console? Thanks in advance.
