  1. I've updated it for older kernel builds (untested): https://github.com/StelioKontosXBL/AuroraCrashPatcher/tree/main/Dist. Let me know if this fixes the crashing at logo issue. Also, for the record, current dash is 17559 not 17759 lol. I just noticed the typo, must've been typing too fast.
  2. There you go. That's why you're crashing. I'll update repo to resolve the functions instead of calling the function address directly so it works on old dashboards. You really should just update your dash using xebuild though. Current is 17559.
  3. Oh ye, the disk tray check. lmao. TBH I never expected this to even be needed still at this point. 😕 Glad it's working for you though, and thanks for letting me know about the og games. I'll slap a check in later so it doesn't load if tray is open when booting to play them.
  4. Dashboard update, not Aurora version. Go to the default Xbox dashboard, settings, then console info. And send pic of that screen.
  5. Will be able to look into it again in just a couple hours bro. Btw if you remove Aurora from your default launch path, do you still freeze at logo?
  6. Could you send me your launch.ini? And when did it freeze? At logo?
  7. I may have spoken too soon, lol. Let me know if this one fixes that issue bro. https://github.com/StelioKontosXBL/AuroraCrashPatcher/blob/main/Dist/AuroraCrashPatcher.xex
  8. Let me know if this version fixes that problem, @YosefKiller23. https://github.com/StelioKontosXBL/AuroraCrashPatcher/blob/main/Dist/AuroraCrashPatcher.xex
  9. Post your launch.ini that you're using when this problem occurs please.
  10. Do you still have a copy of the launch.ini that you couldn't boot up on? If so could you attach it here or dm it to me.
  11. My guess is you have liveblock enabled, which blocks all m$ connections. The patch only blocks the connections that were causing the crash. Try scanning once without liveblock enabled...be sure you have a server in plugins to protect your kv, ofc. After one complete scan like this, it should cache the game info. You'll want the patch in plugins when you do this still.
  12. That wouldn't be caused by the patch; launching with a blank launch.ini on a USB stick will bypass plugins tho and let you boot up.
  13. Thanks m8, glad it's helping. You should be getting everything except screenshots and videos (the data causing the fatal exception). If something else is missing check a couple other titles to be sure it's not an isolated issue of a couple titles having less info than most. If you have a screenshot that would help. Also make sure you're on the current version of the patch which I just updated today (check releases page of my repo).
  14. Thanks to @rubensyama for helping nail down the issue, as well as several others of you here for your help. Sorted the bug causing it not to hook for some of you. Grab v1.1 from the github page and you'll be good to go. https://github.com/StelioKontosXBL/AuroraCrashPatcher/releases
  15. Sent you a pm with instructions bro. Just reply there with a copy of all the debug data that prints out to watson and I'll have a look.
  16. Also works in Germany from having a someone there test it previously. The way I'm detecting and intercepting the API calls now should work fine for everyone. I'm adding a version with debug prints in case it doesn't work for anyone else; if that's the case, send me the console output from Watson using the debug version of the xex from the GitHub release page.
  17. Odd...I sent you a dm with a new xex; could you please test again using that version, and send me the log file afterwards.
  18. I updated the patch to work for users outside the US; if it wasn't working for you before, grab the latest xex from https://github.com/StelioKontosXBL/AuroraCrashPatcher. This will prevent the fatal crashing until the devs release an official update.
  19. If the patch didn't work for you, it would be because my initial release only worked for users in the US. I just updated it to work for users outside the US, so no need to use a VPN as a workaround, or enable Liveblock/livestrong. Download link for the latest xex is at https://github.com/StelioKontosXBL/AuroraCrashPatcher. Once set in plugins, Aurora and FSD will no longer fatal crash when downloading box art / title assets.
  20. Patch is updated to work for users outside the US, now. Download the new xex from my repo at https://github.com/StelioKontosXBL/AuroraCrashPatcher (current is v0.2-beta at the time of writing). Copy the xex onto your console's Hdd, and set as a plugin in Dashlaunch (or by editing your launch.ini manually), and reboot.
  21. Correct. If on a VPN, go to ipinfo.io and verify that your external IP resolves to a US-based host. If that is the case, my patch will work. I'm updating it right now to work for everyone outside the country also, though, so just watch the GitHub page for when I add the update.
  22. Seeing as there hasn't been any official patch update for this yet, and so many of you are outside the US (go figure lol) I'll take another look at it this evening and see about updating my patch for you guys. I've updated the patch to work for users outside the US. Download the new xex from my repo at https://github.com/StelioKontosXBL/AuroraCrashPatcher, copy the xex onto your console's Hdd, and set as a plugin in Dashlaunch (or by editing your launch.ini manually), and reboot.
