1 pointDownload the appropiate update from here: http://www.homebrew-connection.org/files/xbox/system_updates/Extract the folder "$SystemUpdate" from it to a FAT32 usb memory... if you have JTAG/RGH you may need to disable update blocking or rename the folder to "$$ystemUpdate"

1 pointI ussually recommend changing the temps instead of the fanspeed... if you lower the temp values the console will increase the fan speed but not lock it... if you're going to lock it... use 100%

1 pointUpdating F3 doesn't delete your database/settings...You'll have to read up on your exact router how to do port-forwarding... there's guides how to set up LiNK on this forum
