ramap, SuBho Sarkar. I had the same issue, it seems to be related to too old dashboard version for the dashlaunch to work with it. You need to build new hacked nand that has newest dashboard version (16537) using JRunner for example. If you don't have earlier nand dump available from your xbox360, you can download a new one by booting the xbox to XeLL (boot with eject button) and going to the Xbox ip address with your PC's web browser. Then you need to flash this new hacked nand using XeLL, and things work again.

What are you using to build your image with, and how are you applying the new image? Depending on your dashlaunch settings, easiest way to get to NXE from FSD (for me) is to press the guide button, and scroll over to system settings. You could always change your dashlaunch ini if system settings aren't displayed in your hud. If NXe isn't working, you must have bad blocks being remapped incorrectly, or not even being identified. More likely Newbie error in how to get to NXE in my opinion, but not after rereading your post. I'd definitely go with bad blocks. Do you have a hardware method of dumping your nand? If you have a backup of your nand, from the very first time the machine was modded, you could identify the blocks with it, but it'ld only help with old ones. If it's been a while it's almost a certainty you'ld have those plus more by now. Flash memory always gets bad blocks with time.

just upload the latest fsd to a new folder FSD 3.0.755 or what ever and set your launch.ini to load it instead of the 1.20 you may need to update your kernel also to the latest if your on an old one too

Instructions for JTAG/RGH Users:1. The contents of each dvd are this:DVD1 = Mandatory content Installation. You need this dvd to play the gameDVD2 = Single player + GTA OnlineWhich means the first dvd is just a normal DLC/additional installation and not an actual game.2. Setup each DVD like this.DVD1:This DVD has to be installed on your console's internal HDD or a USB drive which was formatted using your console. The size of the USB drive should be enough for the entire disc. Extract DVD 1 using Xbox Backup Creator (or any other application you prefer) and copy the 'content' folder from the extracted files to your internal HDD or the external xbox formatted USB drive. When you transfer your files, they should look like thisHDD:content0000000000000000545408A700000002545408A700000000HDD:content0000000000000000545408A700000002545408A700000001HDD:content0000000000000000545408A700000002545408A700000002HDD:content0000000000000000545408A700000002545408A700000003i.e. 1 folder called 00000002 and 4 files inside it.DVD2:Files from DVD 2 have to be treated like a normal game which means you can either make an ISOrip (using XBC or other apps) and use that on your JTAG/RGH or make the ISO into a GOD container.NOTE: Do not make a GOD container of the first DVD, your game will not work if you do that.

I keep getting an error when trying to update from command. I get this: Any ideas where I'm going wrong? I'm new to this so most likely something I've done. I have extracted the 111 files from the common.zip download and have the $systemupdate both in the common folder. But there doesn't seem to be a bin file called "cf_16537.bin" in the common folder I would imagine that would most likely be the source of my problem? Help would be greatly appreciated
