1 pointIt never hurts to open it up and blow it out with some compressed air from time to time and that is something that anyone can do. Also, always place your xbox on a hard surface in open air, never inside of a cabinet or on your carpet.

1 pointInternet browser, delete/manage saves, homebrew store app that allows directly downloading homebrew to your xbox, xbmc / navi x app or be able to use the stock vid player without going into the metro dash, quicker boot up of fsd, a way to boot back to fsd from xell.
