How to play MultiDisc games that needs DiscSwap?

Hello eveyone, I have been searching the web for a few days, but nada. I hope someone can help me with this.

 

EDIT: The game I want to play is Max Payne 3. At some story progression it asks for the second disc. Just launching second disc xex doesn't work.
