FSDPlugin causing game to freeze randomly

Recommended Posts

I have an interesting dilemma regarding FSDPlugin - when loaded, and playing a slightly modded copy of Saint's Row (for anyone who's interested in what I did: http://steamcommunity.com/id/31976375/screenshots/?appid=sc_23702&sort=newestfirst&browsefilter=myfiles&view=grid ) the game will randomly freeze up while driving or just running/walking around. If I load the game via xexmenu or disable the plugin before playing, the game runs fine.
I consulted this ( http://www.realmodscene.com/index.php?/topic/1252-before-posting-issues-with-f3-v735-update-read-this/ ) before posting and everything is correct. Default skin, devlink off, pingpatch on .etc so i'm pretty damn stumped.
I tried running with just the FSDPlugin (no other plugins loaded), clearing the parsed game data, resetting the settings to default, nothing fixed it.

This is on the last revision of FSD before the devs went on to work on Aurora - 3.0b Rev775. I'm debating on if I should just install Aurora.

It could be that this particular game requires more memory then is available when it happens, games are not produced with the FSD plugin in mind, mods may cause the game to use more memory aswell which ends up with the game not having enough to accommodate the fact that the FSD plugin is also running
