Recommended Posts

hello community,

I recently tried to update my dash board using xebuild , nandflasher for 360 slim trinity 4gb. didnt go so well, so I flashed with the original nand dump I pulled off the 360. I now have error 79, I am still able to boot into xell fine. any ideas?

thank you,

E79 means you didn't handle a badblock properly usually, what the error refers to is that there was an error within xam.xex

dump your nand as it is right now using xell, then rebuild and reflash using xeBuild GUI and it's default settings

i dumped the nand from xell and rebuilt with xebuild but still no success.

i get this  when flashing via xell

block 0x276 seems bad, status 0x00000210

Block cannot be recovered (A.K.A its really bad)

then it carries on and finishes

now i have an xbox slim so i checked no fcrt.bin. will this effect this? other then that i left all options alone
