jimml 0 Posted December 14, 2012 My Setup Xbox Slim Trinity RGH Kernal 14719 Dash Launch 3.04 Freestyle 3.0.402 Is there a way to Disable the Kinect Feature or turn it off once it is activated ? Sometimes the Kinect feature will activate without intentionally using the activate gesture. When this happens, movements in the room will cause random actions in F3. jbp210 46 Posted December 15, 2012 Same here, I only use Kinect to play games with my wife. We don't play kinect games often so I keep it unplugged.
Isty1974 2 Posted December 15, 2012 I have hided the cables behind the cupboard, and after the TV... I can not access direct to back side of my slim, and I don't want to flex every-time to pull and plug the cable...
irishdave 236 Posted December 16, 2012 XBOX Boot up would be quicker with kinect disconnected, only connect it when you need it. You do not have to pull the cable all the way out, just enough so it sticks in place and push it in when you need it. Other than that, if you can't disconnect it, then learn to live with it
