I can't connect my Aurora using FTP

Recommended Posts

Good evening.

First of all thanks for all the help and support you're doing here, i'm always looking for answers for my issues here.

But now  i have a big problem and i don't know how to fix.

My connection is normal, i can normally play on Link, download TU's and covers/banners even connect using FileZila in my FSD,  but when i try to connect using the FTP in aurora my FileZilla returns a message of error caused by inactivity.

I tried to modify the password, the login and the port but the result was the same, i'm not a big noob but i'm lost in this case.

Thanks for who can help me, and sorry for my english.

Did you check if FTP is enabled in Aurora?

Make sure Username, Password and Port are the same for both Aurora and FileZilla.

Try a reboot after making changes?

Not much else to do here, especially if it was working in FSD

Make sure no firewall is blocking your connection

Would be great if you could mention the specific error you're getting and not just a rough wording of what it says...

Thanks for all the help friends.

I copied Aurora from a friend and i belive he doesn't uses the FTP function. I downloaded the plugins folder from here and it worked wonderfully.

I'm discovering the functionalities of Aurora, but belive i'll abandon my fsd and start to use Aurora as a default now.

Again thanks for help and sorry for my very noob question.
