Metal Gear Solid External hdd problem

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone!

I cannot run the new Metal Gear Solid game on my external hdd.

The install dvd is in content but couldn't find it.

I tried to make isorip from the 2dvds but still not working.

Do i need the latest dashboard 17349?

Can i run it without internal hdd?

Worked fine for me using standard method. Did you put the whole install dvd in content, or just the files it expects?

Install disk 1 4B4E085E folder (found in the content folder) to Hdd1/Content/00000000000/ then put disc 2 on external and scan to your library.

I believe it will only run with content on internal though. It should also work on dashes 16537+

Are you sure about that path?

Shouldn't it be: Hdd1/Content/000...00/4B4E085E/000...02/*files goes here*
