BL4K3Y 96 Posted December 4, 2012 Which version of XeLL is the console currently running? If you can boot the console to the dashboard, use Trancy's NAND Flasher 360 to update or use a hardware flasher (NAND-X, JR-Programmer etc).
jordanxd95 0 Posted December 4, 2012 i was on the one before the latest dash but when i updated it to the latest one it froze on start up repatedly so i used my back up nand thingy but now im stuck on 9199 and my jtag wont recognize my usb when i trying to update it with xell to update to the latest dashboard i know before i used my back up nand it was xell reloaded but unsure how to check what it is now
BL4K3Y 96 Posted December 4, 2012 If it's a 9199 freeBOOT image, it's probably an older version of XeLLous. Try renaming the NAND file to "updflash.bin" (minus the quotes). Failing that, use Trancy's NAND Flasher 360 as I mentioned above.
jordanxd95 0 Posted December 4, 2012 ok i did what you said im back on 15574 dash how can i update to the latest one as it freezes on boot up as i tried what you suggested with flash 360 and that worked but then after that i tried updating to lattest from 15574 and i got an e7 something error i used xell reloaded to flash it again and booted console and it just froze at the start up screen reflashed back to 15574 with xell again now was just wondering if you could suggest what im doing wrong
BL4K3Y 96 Posted December 4, 2012 It sounds like an issue with bad blocks to me. What are you using to build the 16197 image?
jordanxd95 0 Posted December 4, 2012 xeBuild GUI 2.

BL4K3Y 96 Posted December 4, 2012 That log looks fine. I'm assuming your NAND dump doesn't have any bad blocks?
jordanxd95 0 Posted December 4, 2012 i dont think so it works perfectly fine on the older dash board

frederick123 1 Posted December 4, 2012 I had the same problem, Xell-reloaded would not update from flash drive with update.bin on it, so I had to use NAND Flasher 360 for XBOX 360 v1.2.0. , worked like a charm just run it from xex or fsd, locate update file and run
