Which version of XeLL is the console currently running?

If you can boot the console to the dashboard, use Trancy's NAND Flasher 360 to update or use a hardware flasher (NAND-X, JR-Programmer etc).

If it's a 9199 freeBOOT image, it's probably an older version of XeLLous.

Try renaming the NAND file to "updflash.bin" (minus the quotes).

Failing that, use Trancy's NAND Flasher 360 as I mentioned above.

It sounds like an issue with bad blocks to me.

What are you using to build the 16197 image?

That log looks fine.

I'm assuming your NAND dump doesn't have any bad blocks?

I had the same problem, Xell-reloaded would not update from flash drive with update.bin on it, so I had to use NAND Flasher 360 for XBOX 360 v1.2.0. , worked like a charm

just run it from xex or fsd, locate update file and run
