Can it install Java apalet on my samsung galaxy so i can view java powered web pages and bring to use my java apps and games (gameloft ones) on my android phone. Doubt it, your Android phone may be running Android and Android apps may be written in Java, but... you still have a plattform issue... it's not likely that you can run "regular" java apps on your android smartphone...
