how to transfer jpg background image from xbox 360

dear moderators sorry to bother again. i have this jpg image as theme in my xbox and i copied it to my xbox formatted usb memory stick. but when i connect it to laptop and access via horizon it doesnt show up the image file under theme section. any other ways to copy it to laptop cuz thats the only picture i have left of my memory. thanks

Where's this theme section you speak of? what dashboard?

Some dashboards supports custom images, others do not... you may have to create a custom skin

my dashboard is 16547 and under the social section of dash and clicking my profile i get the option to change the theme to jpg image too

oh i have xex menu 1.2 and fsd 3 too but the theme i was talking about was of original xbox dash which i put there through usb stick
