Why TU causing problem for some

Hi all

Why are the latest TU for Ghost and Black Ops causing so many problem...why now ?

before you just update and all works fine.

Been reading what people are saying and what to do and I have tried it all still getting problems

anyone explain what's going on.

They've made changes to the game which forces you to download some Compatibility packs to continue playing multiplayer (this is good for ppl playing on live as EVERYONE will have the same extra maps) but, it's a pita for you since you don't have live access (and thus have to find these yourself and install manually, you may also have to patch them using XM360 to unlock them, basically let them run without the original profile on any console)

If this doesn't answer your question, feel free to ask for whatever it is you don't understand/i missed

Hi

I am downloading the pack now

So when I have downloaded it I can copy it to my pen drive

But not sure how and where to put it in FSD ?

Once I know where you put the pack 2 file

You say I then run xm360 to unlock it

you must put it like this:

hdd1:\Content\0000000000000000\

there you should put the folder with the title id (which should be ready)

replace hdd1:\ with whatever device you want to be using

Getting a bit lost here

I got Ghost working but now I need to get Black Ops working

but I'm not sure what I should be looking for 

is it a map or a pack, 

can some let me know please so I can search for the correct file name

Sorry to butt in but.. Is this about the latest tu for black ops 2? Tu 18? Cause I just downloaded it on fsd thenn activated it but it just show the tu on system link to 0.

Am I not the only one experiencing this?

Then replace the game title with the one you're looking for? and it's a similar issue (i think) there's been several threads recently about both of these games... just look for compatibility packs for your game, and make sure you are using the latest kernel (2.0.16747.0)

Sorry, i googled a little on the subject, there is apparently no Compatibility pack for those, you'll have to downgrade to the TU right before the latest one for the time beeing i guess :/
