FSD 3 game menu lagging after few seconds

I just started noticing this today but when i go into the game menu and start scrolling through my games , its fine for the first few seconds then it starts lagging. Until i either change the layout , view the game ,or back out to the main menu,  it stays laggy. need to clear cache? ideas?

if you are using fsd weather try to disable it...ihave the same problem as you after i enable the fsd weather
