ukbootlegs 0 Posted October 18, 2013 I have a dual nand/booting Xbox slim so I can play on live and offline. FSD is installed on an ext HDD and I unplug this when I want to play online. My questions are; 1st Q If I start a game in offline mode and I am not signed in, when I do sign in, will it sign me into live or is live blocked? I'd rather live was blocked. 2nd Q Can I have more than 1 game path? i.e. pointing to the content on the ext hdd and to my games I installed from disk on the xbox? Thanks
irishdave 236 Posted October 18, 2013 IF you want live blocked, liveblock = false and sign in, maybe use another profile if you wanted. After a while you'll get a message, live blocked - but use at own risk. But if you have dual nand you may as well have it for live too, that's the whole point in dual nand Q2 you can have as many paths as you want.
ukbootlegs 0 Posted October 18, 2013 Dave Thanks for the reply, I sincerely appreciate it. IF you want live blocked, liveblock = false and sign in, maybe use another profile if you wanted. After a while you'll get a message, live blocked - but use at own risk. But if you have dual nand you may as well have it for live too, that's the whole point in dual nand Maybe it would be safer to unplug the ethernet cable when I want to play offline. Q2 you can have as many paths as you want. When I add a second path, the first path disappears.

ukbootlegs 0 Posted October 18, 2013 So is it liveblock=true or false? Do I put this in the launch.ini file?

irishdave 236 Posted October 18, 2013 you can put it on the launch.ini or do it via dashlaunch. As for Dual nand, you be fine, if your connected via Ethernet - just disconnect it, keep it safe.

That's prob what I will do. I don't use dashlaunch (I think), it boots straight into F3.
