I have 2 discs in my FSD (I called them disc 12)

And the game does not aske me for the HD download

You could extract the dlc from disc 2 by using horizon. Move contents of 00000002 folder to hdd1Content0000000000000000555308B600000002

make the folders if necessary

or try start disc 2 instead of 1 .
