irishdave 236 Posted April 29, 2013 have you tried. A: Changing the Ports B: Opening the ports on your router and/or setup port forwarding? For Option B. You should assign your xbox a pernament IP on your router.
sami 1 Posted April 29, 2013 can you explan B pleaseĀ
irishdave 236 Posted April 29, 2013 Open Port forwarding on your router. Get your brand, model and google it and go through the settings to assign your xbox an ip address (pernament ip) so the port forwarding works fine. or you could try Option A, that is a common issue too. Option B should be only be used if A didn't work.
sami 1 Posted April 29, 2013 Ā Uploaded with ImageShack.us DON'T WORK ... IS THERE ANY PROBLEM ...Ā
irishdave 236 Posted April 29, 2013 looks fine. Did you setup your XBOX's IP address on your router as 192.168.2.132? try this. Once you've saved your router settings.. Power it off and on, xbox too. If fail. See your router tab "DMZ" assign your xbox's IP in there and reboot the whole lot (router/xbox) DMZ will remove all security/firewalls from the router just for your xbox. irishdave 236 Posted April 30, 2013 The only option I can suggest is... Try a different router. Try borrow a good brand rather than buy it first If your router was supplied to you by your ISP and can't be changed, try getting another router and plug it into it and then plug your xbox into the new router. Thats what I have for my homesetup. My ISP router sucks, so I got myself my own netgear router.
