professor_jonny 35 Posted April 26, 2013 I live in an area without broadband and i have downloaded the latest version of fsd from work and wish to update to it. can i just copy the contents over the top of my current install without harming my downloaded content? I have tried doing an online install from home and it just keeps failing i dont want to wait days to redownload covers and artwork again if possible. or is there a way i may do this ? That's the way I use to do.Consider just 2 things:- make sure that the folder with the updated files does not contain a Data folder (subfolder Databases contains your db files, subfolder GameData contains the artworks)- make sure to use a skin compatible to the new version.
