Xbox 360 overheating-Should I speed up fan?

Recommended Posts

I downloaded forza horizon 2 after 2-3 hours later I shut down xbox. Another day, when ı play forza 2 and it get only 1 Not flashing red dot. I took out the plugs and waited for 2 hours, then I played for 20 minutes and again it was the same. Should ı speed up the fans? It was defoult speed and i think console was overheated.

The 360 throws its air to the side at an angle of 30º + -. See if there is free space on the sides mainly. Go to Dashlaunch and in ADVANCED it changes to 75% Fan Cooler (it gets noisy) or, as I do in mine, put it with target temperature, in summer of 35º here in Brazil, I use 60º CPU, 54º GPU, 52º EDRAM.
     Error checking as well.
With the red LED, hold the sync button and press the Eject button four times and each time it will flash the LEDs. 1 Led rising = 1;  2 = 2;  3 = 3;  4 leds = 0

Try with this code in hand to find on the net the probable cause of your problem.
