Hi i had the same problem, i had to delete all the tu's downloaded from fsd then download the tu to your pc and transfer it to your xbox by ftp or by usb, it could be the tu needs renaming like black ops 2 tu 12 You need to rename the the TU12, like this tu00000b02_00000000 ---> tu00000002_00000000 this worked for me hope this helps.

GOD mode is xbla game i know of that works on link.
