Hi.
I have been looking on the boards for this feature and have tried a few times and can't seem ti see if it exists. If it does sorry for asking.
But..
Can you scroll the games in Aurora by using letters. Left/right scrolls between each game cover. Is there a way that if I scroll right twice id be on all the games starting with "B" & if I scroll 5 times right I should be on games starting with "E?
No biggie if it can't be done as I've filtered out my favorites list and go from there.

Yeah I was. All good now. It seems when scanning and dl covers from a 2tb ext hdd takes a little time. Just needed to leave it do is own business

I have 1690 titles scanned everytime I boot my xbox. It takes about 15 seconds to scan it all. Not long at all.

I would download it all again. Its very quick and easy.

Check initial setup of the 360 from nxe & see if there's an option to centre the screen you may find it under initial setup option.Or use the tv menu to setup up the centering. useless bit of info 1080i is 720p
Tv menu screen was set to -10 movement to the left. I centered it from the Tv menu. Now aurora resizes perfectly.
No idea why or who changed my tv settings. Lol
Thanks guys.

Sadly, there is currently no way of moving the screen, alot of games also don't have that capability...
I'll check out scorpNZ's suggestions and get back to you.

I have been trying to resize the screen picture manually with the resizer option within Aurora on a 1080i screen but it seems not to be able to resize correctly to each corner of the screen.
I am unable to move the screen to the right but am only able to shrink or enlarge the screen.
My problem is the screen is slightly shifted past the left hsnd side of the screen. If I shrink it so the left hand size fits on the screen then the whole viewable picture is too small and is cut too short on the right hand side of the screen.
Beside shrink & enlarge am I able to move the resized screen at all?

I used the HD compatabilty converter the other day on my internal 1tb and it didn't affect any of my already installed stuff, I presume you would have to have so much space left on your internal for the partition to be created I had around 25 gig and it doesn't seem to have used much.
I have a 1tb in my internal with over 800gb free. I have the space just wanted to confirm I can make a xbox classic partition without losing data that's currently on the internal hdd?

Thank you.

How do you only show enabled games?
No I don't have the game twice. Am I able to remove one or should I just hide it?

Hi.
When you have multiple ext hdds that you use with aurora l. The hdd that is not plugged in Greys out the covers which is good. My question is;
Are we able to filter the covers and only show the covers from whatever hdd is plugged in which will temporarily remove the greyed out covers from other ext hdds?
Other question is I have 2 covers showing for xbla game fez or pez whatever its called. Don't know why it's down twice but how do I remove one so aurora shows it only once? The game is only places in my ext hdd once as well.
Again guys Thanks in advance

I imagine when Nova is released they won't need the FSD plugin any longer, so...
Nova? Please explain
-
That's great about being able to change the text and icon. Excellent. ..
Will this be implemented on any future update of auroura so it doesn't have to be done manually?

Read the specified instructions in my signature
CPU Key is correct and I am unable to edit or add information in the Motherboard Information tab in xeBuild_GUI_2.097
Dashboard is update NOW. My hear skipped a beat, with that Corona & xeBuild issue. But its all sorted out now.

Scripts will allow you to scan your game library for removed games (games which can't be found where they were once scanned into) and removed from the library...
We probably won't have the avatars in 0.6b, but it's on the todo list... sorta... we've discussed it a couple of times...
Should be doable right now, check out the scripting section of the forum to learn more about sorts (that's the type of script you're looking for)
Thanks Swizzy.
ALSO After pressing XBOX Home button on the controller, is there a way to make it say Aurora and Not Freestyle Dash on the pop up screen?

I am using xeBuild_GUI_2.097 to patch flashdmp.bin and I am getting this error? I have tried to use the original Non modded flashdmp.bin when I got my Xbox Jtagged and I get the same error. Can I continue to flash the file?
I do have a Corona v2 [4gb] Motherboard..
Can I ignore the ERROR or should I be looking at this guide

If I delete a xbla game from an ext hdd that already has been scanned with aurora. So I need to remove the entry from auroura as well somehow?
One other thing. Will or can our avatars be shown within auroura like it was shown with FSD?
Can we sort our games with "last added" in auroura like with fsd?
Thanks in advance

I'm a new user to this and so I'm happy to see progress and development continuing
Do I just replace over 5b?
Thanks
Kosti
You can keep as many different versions of it in your internal. Just boot up dashlaunch and setup your boot path to the most current version

NP, I was just trying to get you to read a little more about it.
If you're worried that something could wipe your drive, that's the first sign of needing to read more, lolz.
Good luck homie
Thanks brother.
I finished the changeover from fsd to aurora
Next is dashboard update
Then xbox1
Can someone tell me what folders and file should I have in my 360 that represents partition 2? If i go into a file manager where do I see if I have it or not.

Ok I will I was just asking if someone could give me a quick answer. Ta.Check the first post, I believe that's what the hdd_compat_partition_fixer does. It either creates or reformats that partition.
-
It only wipes partition 2 if you already installed it before, iirc. There's a post on the second page of this thread that confirms this. It works fine for me and others that have used it.
If you don't have a partition 2 can you make one without ruining the existing data on your internal?
-
Sorry need to ask. Can I get this going without affecting any data on my 1tb internal. I have not set up this 2nd partition nor have I tried running any xbox1 classic on my 360?
Or will this completely re format my internal hdd?
-
I have a 1TB in my 360 without any partition part for xbox 1. With this guide am i able to get it to work without reformatting and or losing data in my 1tb hdd I have in my 360?
Can I go straight to Aurora from FSD
in Aurora support

Copy Aurora to your xbox.
Set the boot path from FSD to Aurora in dashlaunch.
When Aurora has future updates you can update from within Aurora.
Keep FSD or delete it. Up to you.
