  1. Thanks but... I have always updated by disc I don't like messing around with new methods I am pretty sure MAdeen16 must have 17349 but I'd like to be 100% I am surprised how hard it's been find an answer to my question I hope you do develop that tool you spoke of Swizzy Thanks again
  2. because 17349 is proven 100% safe and I figure I will never need further update since xbox360 titles are few and far between and soon will be no more I have and LT 3.0 setup not a jtag or RGH
  3. Hey Swizzy "One of these days i should probably write a tool that'll let you check the update in a 360 iso without extracting it..." we spoke about this a few weeks back I was wondering if you now happen to know if Madden16 has 17349 or 17489 on disc OR if you know of ANY release that has the 17349 on the disc for certain Thanks
  4. Hey SWIZZY SInce you do have MAdden16 could you do what I couldn't and run it through your tool and tell us what system update it has on disc? The way you described it it should take no time or effort to do so Please and Thank you
  5. Once again SWIZZY if you happen across a MAdden16 would you be so kind and run it through your tool and inform us conclusively Thanks
  6. Hi again SWIZZY "highly unlikely" but still possible what makes me worry is new games like Phantom Pain and Destiny Taken DONT require 17349 but older kernels While FIFA, NHL and MAdden all require 17349 Maybe because the sprorts titles are rehashes of last years game and dont require much time to complete while the other titles have been in production for years?
  7. Does Madden16 have 2.0.17489.0 or 2.0.17349.0 system update on the disc?
  8. My console is NOT RGH or JTAG just modded LT 3.0 (I figured that was where some confusion lay) I always update by game discs. Why not? I know you should not if RGH or JTAG SWIZZY that means Iam not missusing your tool just not giving it what it wants, right? and yes Quatroogamer I am being prompted to update that is why I wanna be sure 17349 is on the DISC Thanks
  9. true but SWIZZY said that 'min kernel required' is NOT neccessarily the same system update on the disc That even though min is 17349 the disc update MIGHT be 17489 which is new and NOT proven safe I just wanna be 100% certain it's 17349 because I am gonna update using the Madden16 disc Can you run MAdden16 on SWIZZY's tool and see the system update number? If you can please tell me Thanks
  10. since I can't check it and if you gotta Madden16 disc lying around could you check it?
  11. maybe I am doing something wrong but I don't think the file is corrupt or else it wouldn't go through abgx360 with flying colors. Right? = I unzip your tool on my desktop and launched X360 Update Toolbox.exe My xbox console is not connected to my PC or internet
  12. 'container is not expected type (PIRS)' W7 32bit
  13. I use Daemon to mount the ISO then check the SU I also put the backup disc in the drive to test it and got same error result I also drag and dropped SU file onto HD and got an error ?????
  14. SWIZZY I ran your tool as you descrined but it gave me an 'access to path' error I have the ISO mounted on Dameon Tools See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'Z:\$SystemUpdate\su20076000_00000000' is denied. at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath) at System.IO.FileStream.Init(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, Int32 rights, Boolean useRights, FileShare share, Int32 bufferSize, FileOptions options, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES secAttrs, String msgPath, Boolean bFromProxy) at System.IO.FileStream..ctor(String path, FileMode mode, FileAccess access, FileShare share) at System.IO.File.Open(String path, FileMode mode) at X360_Update_Toolbox.Form1.checkvers(String file) at X360_Update_Toolbox.Form1.checkversionbtn_Click(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.OnClick(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Button.OnClick(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Button.OnMouseUp(MouseEventArgs mevent) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WmMouseUp(Message& m, MouseButtons button, Int32 clicks) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.ButtonBase.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Button.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.OnMessage(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.Control.ControlNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam)
