I updated when I reinstalled F3 using the F3 installer and it updated to the 402 LINK version and is now booting properly.. maybe people should be reminded before choosing to update to the latest version of F3 beta that there is options in F3 DASHboard to reset and clear all data in the settings area in the dash, maybe they should do this BEFORE clicking the button YES to update maybe that would advisable. cos that just took me 24hours to fix !!! all i wanted to do was play a game while the wife was at work aGHhhh could they include something in the update so this wont happen !!! anyway thank u! all fixed

did this delete your game saves or anything important you want to keep ?? my method might be better :-)

that sounds alot easier , but atleast there is more hope now!is the new FSD 402 beta update what you are using ? or did you go back to previous version?

this is fixable using marcelios method pretty sure its the skin not loading properly although thAT would not explain the freezing of the xbox logo,.. PRObably more video/graphics related becos it freezing the loading...OK so I DID FIX this now BUT you need to reinstall F3 using the previous working version, TURN OFF the console after this (I GET AN ERROR WHEN IT TRY'S TO EXIT the INSTALLER TARYING TO LOAD DASHLAUNCH ? OR is IT F3? SHRUG) ok so you console is OFF, PLUG YOUR HARD DRIVE IN, then power it back on it should boot into F3 but you WILL NOT see anything on the TV (HDMI or AV cable) aslong as you get 1 light on the power for your controller YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FTP to it! YAY now you can delete all FSD files off the HDD and it will work with NXE and you can then install new fresh working FSD, you may want to update to latest dashlaunch aswell 3.04 i deleted all FSD folders and launch.ini off the HDD left my games , emu's and homebrew. hope this wasn't to hard to understand tnxx
