Have a filter and content.db reference for Original Xbox Games that are known to be backward compatible

Would not be a complete list since I know more games then that are not on the official backwards compatibility list appear to work fine using the updates from  April 2018,  July 2011, & Nov 2007

haven't found any good sources that list feedback from people trying other games then microsoft lists other then random posts of one offs
