Aurora 0.3b - How to stop the background to move?

I downloaded a 1280 x 720 picture and I copied it to the root folder. When I load Aurora 0.3b the background is moving and twiching. What do I have to do that the background will not move and twich?

Disable the background animation, it's under view, where you find overscan
