irishdave 236 Posted January 6, 2013 Need a bit more info Have you FSD installed on a USB, Internal Memory, Hard Drive How many games have you on it, have you 100s of games trying to download covers? What size is your hard drive and/or what your running FSD off?
Janovy 1 Posted January 6, 2013 I have it installed on the hard drive of the xbox(120gb) I have about 70 game with all covers downloaded(all of them are on my external hard drive 1tb)
irishdave 236 Posted January 7, 2013 USB Hard Drives are useless, why people use them is beyond me. The USB Board inside them always die out. Could be a sign that your hard drive is becoming faulty, your hard drive will be fine if you removed it and put it inside a PC or directly inside a xbox, however do you get the same problem when you plug it into your PC. Does the PC give you any issues/errors. Try a different usb on the xbox, (only use the back ones for this) Does FSD work fine without the Hard Drive connected. jbp210 46 Posted January 7, 2013 What are you doing when it freezes?
Janovy 1 Posted January 7, 2013 no it still freezes if i don't have it pluged.I tried to play a game from the hard drive of the xbox but I got the same problem. When It freezes I just press the shutdown button on the xbox(the only button that still works when it freezes)
irishdave 236 Posted January 7, 2013 This is starting to sound like a hardware problem. Have you tried loading a game from the official dashboard to see if that works? Have you tried reinstallind FSD?

An admin should be around later to check this, lets see what they say. I've never experience this and can't guess any further what it could be. What are you doing when it freezes? Any ideas mate.
