Fsd2.2/F3 freezing problem

Hello,I've got a problem with my jasper ,it freezes at random.I had this problem with Fsd 2.2 and I tried to install F3 to see if it fixes it but it still freezes.

Xbox temperature CPU:47.8C

GPU:51.8C

MEM:51.5C

CASE:28.4C

I keep my fan setting at 70%

Have you FSD installed on a USB, Internal Memory, Hard Drive

How many games have you on it, have you 100s of games trying to download covers?

What size is your hard drive and/or what your running FSD off?

I have it installed on the hard drive of the xbox(120gb) I have about 70 game with all covers downloaded(all of them are on my external hard drive 1tb)

USB Hard Drives are useless, why people use them is beyond me. The USB Board inside them always die out.

Could be a sign that your hard drive is becoming faulty, your hard drive will be fine if you removed it and put it inside a PC or directly inside a xbox, however do you get the same problem when you plug it into your PC. Does the PC give you any issues/errors.

Try a different usb on the xbox, (only use the back ones for this)

Does FSD work fine without the Hard Drive connected.

What are you doing when it freezes?

no it still freezes if i don't have it pluged.I tried to play a game from the hard drive of the xbox but I got the same problem.

When It freezes I just press the shutdown button on the xbox(the only button that still works when it freezes)

This is starting to sound like a hardware problem.

Have you tried loading a game from the official dashboard to see if that works?

Have you tried reinstallind FSD?

From the official dashboard there is no problem no freezing

Games on your internal hard drive load fine from Official Dash, but freeze/crash on F3?

Sorry, I've no idea. An admin should be around later to check this, lets see what they say. I've never experience this and can't guess any further what it could be.

if this issue occurs after some time of game play try enabling the HDDAlive feature in DashLaunch

maybe you and F3 are just not meant to be...

Have you tried a different coverflow maybe, change it to nxe classic?

I fixed it! Aparrently it was from the fan setting if i keep it on auto, no freezing.

LOL, that shouldn't have mattered, unless your room is warm. Least its shorted and we'll know in future if anybody else has that problem, thanks for keeping us posted
