RGH can't connect to xbox live even though live block and strong are set as false

Can you guys please help, i just bought a new kv, since the old one was banned, and i put the kv.bin and cpukey.txt in the root of my hard drive. I edited the launch.ini, so my live block and live strong were set as false. Then i checked i had stealth on, by going to the dashlaunch and checking if Titan.xex was one of the plugins and it was. Also checked if the necessary files were in the root of my hard drive. They were. I've tried to restart my console, restart my router, reset my router and clear system cache on my RGH. I'm using Corona btw.
