gavin_darkglider 1562 Posted December 29, 2015 For those who are interested.... I have been working on finding, and repairing/updating the wireless patches for wireless injection, and TX power boost options for the newer 4.3.0 kernel.(Would have done latest, but video card driver for my computer doesnt work with any above that at the moment.) For those that do not know, this patch applys directly to the gentoo-sources-4.3.0 package, which is a base kernel with the gentoo specific patches. This code could technically be applied fairly easy to any kernel-4.3.0 source, might have to change the offsets. Instructions: 1. put .patch file in /usr/src/linux 2. cd /usr/src/linux 3. patch -p0 < WifiPatch_gentoo-sources-4.3.0_Gavin_Darkglider.txt Continue to make the kernel as normal. Figured this would help some, and others could let me know how it works for them. I have not done that much testing, but from what I can tell, the channel -1 issue is definatly fixed, I havnt tested frag fixes, but I think I covered it, but needs tested.
