kennymcneal 1 Posted June 4, 2015 Xbox one bind button not working. Black screen needs update with usb. I've changed the ribbon and RF module still the same no bind button power and eject works fine but can't update without bind button. I can't find any schematics on the Xbox I really don't think it's the ribbon or the module coz I have replaced both new I have visually inspected and seen nothing any help would be nice

kennymcneal 1 Posted June 8, 2015 I followed the traces from ribbon and top two are eject bottom two are power middle three are bind with ground in the middle my problem is bind doesn't work when I cross it out like it should and I've tried two RF module both are the same result what I need is mother board pin out of bind what controls it on the mother board for me to check I'm getting a ground on top bind button my meter reads 928 on all but ground in the middle and third one down which is top bind which to me should read 928 like the rest but don't It's ground instead which throws me off a bit I'm lost at this point

kennymcneal 1 Posted June 13, 2015 This thread is still active guys any info would help I'm wondering if I should reflow the mother board as a last attempt to get some action on the bind button If I only knew what controlls the bind button on the mother board I could check it I can make everything work accept the bind button on the rf module by simply crossing it out on two different modules same thing with two different ribbons hooked up bind does not work either way multimeter shows values off around 928 on all but one ground in the middle and one bind button point beside the ground that's also showing ground or continuity with with the ground the point are not touching any where on the module and like I said it shows same values on two diff modules does this mean it's from mother board instead
