Download the new F3 version, unpack it until you see default.xex this and everything around it is F3... now start a program with a filemanager such as XEXMenu or Aurora and copy 'n' paste the files over the old ones... you can't use the F3 you're updating to do this as it is likely to make something get corrupted during the process...
